The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order on providing one-time financial assistance to people who took part in the Second World War in 1941-1945, widows of soldiers who died or later passed away, and those who were awarded orders and medals for selfless work on the home front, APA reports.
