İsmail Serageldin was awarded the "Honorary Diploma of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan", APA reports.
President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order in this regard.
Under the Order, he was awarded for his contribution to the development of international relations of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
