At the call of Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, the leader of the "Tavush for the Motherland" movement, several roads in the capital city Yerevan and regions have been closed, APA reports citing Aysor.
The section of the Armenia-Iran interstate highway passing through Yeghegnadzor has been blocked.
At the same time, a group of citizens blocked the entrance to Yerevan from Ararat province.
Note that today, as of 10:00 in the morning, acts of civil disobedience have begun in Armenia.
Supporters of the "Tavush for the Motherland" movement, led by Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan of the Tavush Diocese, marched from Kirants to Yerevan to halt the process of border delimitation and demarcation with Azerbaijan.
On May 9, the marchers reached Republic Square in Yerevan, where a large rally was held. Despite the movement's leader, Bagrat Galstanyan, giving Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan an hour to resign, this did not happen. Subsequently, on May 10, he called for peaceful acts of civil disobedience across the entire republic.
