“Əsaslı Tikinti və Təchizat” LLC, operating under the Ministry of Culture, signed a purchase and sale agreement with “Paşa Travel” LLC (TIN-1405688721).
Yeniavaz.com reports that the Ministry of Culture signed this contract without holding a tender, using the single-source procurement method.
According to the terms of the agreement, “Paşa Travel” LLC organized an anniversary evening dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the outstanding composer, singer and public figure Polad Bulbuloglu on February 4 at the Heydar Aliyev Palace, and received 195,996 manats 30 kopecks in return.
It should be noted that the legal address of Paşa Travel LLC, registered on January 17, 2003, is located at the address: Nasimi district, Neftchilar Avenue, 151. The authorized capital of the LLC, whose legal representative is Askerov Bahruz Fikret oglu, is 250,050 manats.
