Sahakyan admits Armenia armed separatists in Karabakh

 

Accused Bako Sahakyan stated during a court hearing at the Baku Military Court that the first calls for armament in Karabakh were made directly at rallies, Olaylar informs.

He explained that weapons were present in both the villages and cities, stating, "Some of the armament came from Soviet military units stationed there. Additionally, there were weapon supplies from Armenia. These were the primary sources of armament."

It should be noted that the trial is ongoing for citizens of the Republic of Armenia, who are charged with crimes against peace and humanity, war crimes, including orchestrating and waging an aggressive war, genocide, violations of the laws of war, terrorism, financing terrorism, forcible seizure and retention of power, and numerous other crimes resulting from Armeniachr("39")s military aggression.
