On March 12, Finance Minister Sahil Babayev met with a delegation led by Nikolai Podguzov, Chairman of the Management Board of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB), APA-Economics reports.
During the meeting, N. Podguzov provided detailed information about the Bank's establishment, operations, current members, and projects financed in member countries. He emphasized the significant opportunities for cooperation between the Bank and Azerbaijan, highlighting the possibility of funding various projects in the country.
S. Babayev expressed Azerbaijan's interest in expanding cooperation with international financial institutions and noted that collaboration with the Eurasian Development Bank would be considered.
The meeting included discussions on the Bank's activities, project financing procedures, and issues of mutual interest in this field.
