The meetings of the Pardon Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan are starting, Alimammad Nuriyev, a member of the commission told APA.
The first meeting of the commission is expected to be held on February 12.
It should be noted that the commission meetings are reportedly being held in connection with the proposed pardon.
