Artur Rasizade has been awarded the "Heydar Aliyev" Order, Azernews reports.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree in this regard.
Rasizade was honored for his long-term effective contributions to Azerbaijan's socio-political life and his exceptional services in public service.
