"We should join multilateral organizations based on common interests," said Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov during the panel discussion titled “Rethinking Multilateralism for a Multipolar World” held within the framework of the 12th Global Baku Forum, APA reports.
He noted that formats such as Azerbaijan-Georgia, Azerbaijan-Türkiye, and Azerbaijan-Türkiye-Kazakhstan were put forward: “Governments should see transparency in relations with strong neighbors. Solving transparency issues is crucial.”
Jeyhun Bayramov emphasized that multilateralism is permanent: “Unilateralism does not yield results. History has proven this. We should also make use of China’s capabilities within the framework of multilateralism.”
