Azerbaijani CEC Chairman says parliamentary elections may be pushed forward for COP29

In accordance with the requirement of the legislation, parliamentary elections must be held on November 3, said Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan (CEC) Mazahir Panahov, APA reports.
He noted that it's discussed whether to push forward the parliamentary elections due to COP29.
