The President of Georgia Salome Zourabichvili formed a "European platform" in connection with the parliamentary elections to be held in October this year, Georgian President said in a joint press statement with ministers of foreign affairs of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Iceland, APA’s Tbilisi correspondent reports.
She said that she will officially present to the public the platform she has been working on for several weeks now.
President noted that the purpose of the platform is to unite Georgia regarding with the upcoming elections, mobilize the public and "return the country to its path" through elections.
“We will win together to return Georgia to the path of peace and the path of Europe,” – Zourabichvili said.
