In 2024, 1 million 196.8 thousand tons of bread were produced in Azerbaijan, the State Statistical Committee told APA-Economics.
Bread production increased by 1,044 tons compared to the previous year. Thus, in 2023, 1 million 195.8 tons of bread were produced in the country.
Note that last year, the production of flour-based confectionery products increased by 7.6% compared to the previous year, reaching 72,752 tons.
