US President Donald Trump's special representative for Russia and Ukraine Keith Kellogg will present the US President with a plan to end the Ukrainian conflict in the coming weeks, APA reports citing Bloomberg.
Kellogg is expected to receive briefings from officials at the Munich Security Conference in Germany and during visits to Kyiv and other European capitals.
