Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev congratulates Massoud Pezeshkian

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mr. Masoud Pezeshkian on the occasion of the national holiday of the Islamic Republic of Iran - Victory Day of the Islamic Revolution, APA reports.
