Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Mazahir Panahov held a press conference on the preliminary results of the presidential elections.
Yeniavaz.com reports, that according to the preliminary results, the candidates received votes as follows:
- Ilham Aliyev - 92.10 percent (2,497,542 votes);
- Zahid Oruj - 2.20 percent;
- Razi Nurullayev - 0.79 percent;
- Fazil Mustafa - 1.99 percent;
- Elshad Musayev - 0.66 percent;
- Gudrat Hasanguliyev - 1.78 percent;
- Fuad Aliyev - 0.48 percent.
It should be noted that 4,971,032 people voted in the presidential elections in the republic, the voter turnout was 76.73 percent.
