Construction work has been completed on the "Aghdam Residence" residential complex built in the liberated city of Aghdam, Emin Jafarov, the head of construction works for the "Aghdam Residence" project, said during a media tour held today, APA reports.
It was noted that construction and installation work on the complex has already been completed. The "Aghdam Residence" residential complex covers an area of 1.55 hectares. Initially, six residential buildings have been constructed within the complex. The buildings in the complex are six stories high, with a total of 11 blocks. Among the apartments, 45 are one-room, 108 are two-room, 48 are three-room, and 8 are four-room.
For the comfortable living of residents, the complex will include a park, recreational areas, social and household facilities, parking lots, bicycle lanes, children's playgrounds, and sports fields. Extensive landscaping and greenery projects will also be carried out.
Recall that on February 18, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva inspected the conditions at the “Aghdam Residence” residential complex.
